How Does the Monthly Installment Work?

Our monthly installment option is facilitated and managed by our partner, MobiCred. The process is simple:

1. Apply or Log In: Either apply for a MobiCred account or log in during checkout.

2. Order Processing: Once you've placed your order, it will take up to 3 days to be processed and confirmed. This period allows for necessary checks, including credit and affordability assessments.

3. Peace of Mind: If there’s a delay in processing and your first installment is due within that month, rest assured we will fairly compensate you.

Important Notes:

  • OTP Usage: We may request a One-Time-Pin (OTP) for order confirmation to ensure secure processing.
  • Refunds and Promotions: Any refunds or compensation tied to promotions (e.g., our "free month on us" promo) or prorated compensation for delayed orders are handled directly by PaxFusion. MobiCred is not responsible for such matters. Compensation will be issued through your nominated method, either via EFT or e-wallet (ABSA/NEDBANK).

How long will take to receive my order?

On average we deliver in 5-7 days, but this solely depends on your payment method and the day you place your order.

Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday are delayed due to processing, orders placed between Thursday and Sunday will be delivered in no less then 7 working day's(Saturday included), to track the process of your order go to our order status page.

How does insurance work?

Insurance for all devices which includes but not limited to laptops, devices, tablets, are processed and handled by our third-party Insurance provider.

To process your insurance claim, you'll need to pay the excess amount which may vary from 20-30% of your devices value, additionally documentation which may help process may be requested.

How do returns work?

In order for you to return an order you will need to contact us on support@paxfusion.store or alternatively login to your account and request a return.

Please note all orders apart from accessories are subject to a return fee which is but not limited to 20% of your device price, this is due to the administrative fees of courier from you to us for inspection and from us to our supplier.

All devices are subject a return from 48 hours since delivery, if it's been more than 48 hours but less then 30 days returns will be conditionally accepted with partial refund.

Refunds and returns take up to 5-7 business days to process, weekends excluded.

How does the free data work?

Our free data promotion is subjected to RICA for all orders, individuals whom complete the order will either receive free data valid for 30 days or a accessory depending on your order.
